netDocShare Attach is a SharePoint extension which is used to attach the NetDocuments folders and files link to SharePoint list column.
Attach folders and files netDocShare Attach
- When click the “netDocShare Attach” it will open the popup.
- In popup window need to select the source type, which is used to show that specific source only, for example if select source type as workspace mean it show cabinet and workspace field to select the specific workspace for that workspace contents to show.
- Users can able to select folders and files then need to click the save button in bottom of the pop window.
- Once save button is clicked it will save the folders and files link to SharePoint list “NDAttachments” column.
- “NDAttachments” SharePoint column is create automatically if the column does not exist in SharePoint list.
